3. Engagements
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work, which will set out the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and IP terms specific to that engagement.

All content on this site (text, code, design, brand) is owned by Obsidis or its licensors. You may view it for personal/professional reference but may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Total liability is capped at EUR 100.
