Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Mac Cormack, Unipessoal LDA, trading as Obsidis, based in Porto, Portugal, registered under NIF PT519109511. They govern your use of this website.

This is a marketing site for a software development company. It describes who we are, the work we have delivered, and how to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a binding contract. Prices, scopes and timelines only exist once we agree them with you directly.

If you become a client, the work is governed by a separate signed agreement between you and us, not by these terms. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

The copy, design and brand on this site belong to Mac Cormack, Unipessoal LDA. Client names, logos and trademarks shown in the case studies belong to their respective owners and appear here as references to work we delivered. Nothing on this site transfers any licence to you.

The case studies describe past projects. Results described in them were specific to those projects, their context, their constraints, their starting point. They are not a promise that your project will produce the same outcome.

We link out to third-party sites, including Calendly (for booking calls), LinkedIn and GitHub. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. When you follow a link off this site, you're on your own there.

This site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every detail is complete and current at every moment. We fix what we find, when we find it.

To the extent Portuguese and EU law allow, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.

We may update these terms as the site or our business changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page , 22 September 2026, always reflects the current version, and the current version applies from the moment it is posted.
